Implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) based on SGS ISO 9001 involves adapting the standard’s principles.
Beta Pipes QMS is a framework of ISO-9001: 2015 PDCA Cycle. QA/QC is based on standardized manufacturing. Beta Pipes has the most modern equipment for quality testing of pipes in its laboratory, working 24 hours a day to ensure quality. To maintain & assure the quality, Beta Pipes has their own very well-equipped Testing Laboratory. The test is regularly conducted in a quality control laboratory as per standard.
How do we test the Pipes?
Beta Pipes ensures the testing of pipes and all the tests comply with SGS ISO 9001, SGS ISO 14001:2015, and PSQCA(Pakistan Standards).
SGS ISO 9001:2015
We are certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the manufacturing and sales of PVC-U, PE, and PPRC Piping Systems.
SGS ISO 14001:2015
We are certified for meeting ISO 14001:2015 standards in the manufacturing and sales of PVC-U, PE, and PPRC Piping Systems.
PSQCA (Pakistan Standards)
We are licensed by PSQCA (Pakistan Standards) for manufacturing and selling PVC-U Pressure Pipes for cold potable water, Polypropylene (PP-R) Pipes, and Polyethylene (PE) Pipes for water supply.
